Terminate the insurance contract

Procedure of insurance contract termination:

1. 1. The insurance contract is terminated prematurely in cases specified by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. 2. The contract is considered terminated from the moment of applying and submitting application by the Insured.
3. 3. Notification of termination will be provided in the form of SMS/e-mail.
4. 4. Calculation and return of part of the insurance premium is carried out by the insurance company on the basis of the application of the Insured.
5. 5. In case of termination of the insurance contract, the insurer has right to withhold part of the insurance premium.
6. To terminate the insurance contract, please contact the office of the insurance company located in your city.
