Voluntary health insurance

The voluntary health insurance involves indemnity to the Insured meaning reimbursement for costs associated with the medical assistance and health care to the extent provided by the insurance contract.

  • acute illness or exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • injury and poisoning as a result of accidents.

Insurance premium

The insurance premium is determined according to the insurance coverage limit provided by the contract of insurance.

Medical emergency for the Insured in case of emergency arranged through 24-hour medical emergency service includes:

  • House-call of ambulance crews;
  • Organization of appropriate diagnostic and treatment;
  • Use of medicines and medical equipment;
  • Hospitalization of the Insured to a specialized hospital.
24-hour emergency hotline includes:

  • Medical consultation;
  • Call an ambulance;
  • Family doctor house-call;
  • Appointments to specialists and to the laboratory and diagnostic studies;
  • Enquiry services for work of doctors — specialists (working hours, address and telephone numbers of medical institutions);
  • Enquiry services for the availability of the drugs prescribed by the family doctor in the pharmacies of the city;
  • Enquiry services regarding the insurance program, limits and costs of the Insured.
  • Reception and consulting by family doctor at clinic;
  • Family doctor visit to the house;
  • Maintenance of the Insured during the entire policy period;
  • A cardiologist house-call with ECG tracing;
  • Reception and consulting by specialists at the direction of family doctors; physiotherapy, physical therapy and massage at the direction of a family doctor;
    intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous injections, intravenous infusion at clinic.
Conducting the necessary studies and instrumental examination for the diagnosis and monitoring of disease dynamics.
  • Hospitalization in specialized departments of health clinics at the direction of a family doctor or ambulance crews;
  • Organization of the necessary consultations by specialists in hospital;
  • Diagnostic laboratory and instrumental methods of analysis required for the diagnosis and treatment of disease (condition) that caused hospitalization;
  • Surgical and/or conservative treatment;
  • Supply of drugs needed to treat a condition that caused hospitalization;
  • Medical treatment, physiotherapy, physical therapy prescribed by a physician to treat a disease that caused hospitalization;
  • Nutrition and care staff.
