The sole shareholder of IC Victoria JSC made a decision on the voluntary reorganization of IC Victoria JSC in the form of the merger of SB Nurbank JSC, IC Nurpolis JSC, with IC Victoria JSC.
The Board of Directors decided to create new branches of JSC IC Victoria: Aktobe, Taraz and Almaty.
