Voluntary civil liability insurance of owners of aircrafts involves indemnity to third parties (Beneficiaries) for damage to life, health or property of third parties (beneficiaries) in the operation of the aircraft by the Insured.

- Causing harm to individuals or legal entities in accident or incident.
Insurance premium
The insurance premium is determined based on the size of insured sum and tariff rates. Premium rates may be differentiated in terms of the factors influencing the risk of the insured event (aircraft age, technical condition, maintenance conditions, and so on).
